[patch] Make the citylist layout easy to read

I made the list easier to read by the numerical alignment. Please check pull request #256.

With this change, I've noticed a contradiction that the growth sort is sorted by the total value for the three months, whereas the display is the floating value for this month. This is the original specification. (´・ω・｀)
