[Bug] Marker icon has a garbage pixel outside its frame

I'm sorry. Garbage pixels were mixed in outside the frame of the signalbox list icon. (´・ω・｀)
I fixed it. Check pull request #105.
To prevent such accidents, it is recommended to make the background transparent instead of transparent light blue. The image file of menu icon has been changed accordingly.
