Update: Occurs when rotating the map and then saving the game, I have a savegame for testing -> http://www.mediafire.com/file/lgnsah2845u483i/tutorial_pak64.sve/file

Attempting to save the game I received the following message:

Yes, the climate map was not rotated. Fixed in r9232
