Revive the aero theme!

I noticed that the aero theme was broken and buried. (It was creating a cause of crashes in incorporating work)

However, it's an interesting design, and I thought it would be a waste to leave it buried.
So I cast the spell of resurrection...

Nice to know you worked on it. I liked it too, but somehow it did not worked well with scalable fonts.

Only the background seems different. I think there were stripes white to light gray. SO I added the old back, but with transparency.
