[Tutorial] Strange error in the tunnel.

When trying to build the tunnel entrance, an intercession appears strangely and this clogs the scenario.

I suspect it has something to do with the previously removed label text as something similar happens in another chapter (I'm still researching this).

What exactly is wrong? There are no way directions to neighboring tiles. The corresponding way image is shown in the tunnel portal, it seems to be similar to the images of ways that are not connected to any neighboring tiles.

Without realizing it I was preventing the construction of the rail and due to the absence of an adjacent rail, at the time of creating the tunnel entrance the road did not connect.
