Forum signatures

Are ordinary forum members allowed to have signatures?
If so, how do I add one, please?

A few long-standing members have sigs, but I can't see any way to add one on the 'Modify Profile' screen.

If they are only for admins, no worries. I quite understand if Isaac wants to spend his time simulating trains rather than policing silly arguments over signatures.

Top bar "PROFILE", then to the left "Forum Profile", where you can change your Avatar, Birthdate, Languages,... as well.

It would currently appear that way. They are enabled in admin settings. I've verified in my personal settings that I have them enabled. I've toggled all those settings off and back on again. I'll see what I can find.
