[r9516] different climate in raised land

In height based climate, I noticed that the climate is not correctly updated with the raise_land tool. In the image attached below, the default climate of height 3 is temperate climate. However,  the climate still remains mediterranean when I raised the height 2 land to height 3.


The map was generated with the following settings. Is there anything wrong in the climate settings?

One routine used >= as conditions, the other >. It should be consistent in r.9520.
