Loading defaults from simuconf.tab breaks the save. Maybe related to regions.

I tried that: advanced settings, click on simuconf.tab, save, load and crash: FATAL ERROR: planquadrat_t::rdwr() - Error while loading game: Unknown ground type '7'

Just load it open advance settings, click on simuconf.tab, save and load again.
