Base texts: Master texts missing

I've been reviewing and traslating Simutras base texts to ES over the previous days. While doing so, I've found various base texts without a master translation (English), which makes me think that someone forgot to delete texts that were used in the past but are now unused...

Also, there's a text in "program text" instead of "program_text"...

EDIT: makie told me:

if object name and translation are equal then the translation is not exported in en.tab.
In thatch a case the English translation is missing often in the translator too.

That explains mostly all of the missing English translations. So, issue solved. For reference, this is the list of texts I found:
