Trucks trying to overtake each other.

I'm not sure if the overtaking code is the same in extended and standard. If so please move to standards bug reports.
I have noticed two loaded trucks running in parallel on motorway. The top speed of both is 100 km/h, but the were fully loaded and thus unable to go faster than 70 km/h. Anyway, one of them decided that he could overtake the other. Probably comparing its own top speed (100) with the other's current speed (70). Of course he could not overtake, and as a result they were running side by side for a few km, and blocking faster cars behind. (see screenshot).
