Duplicate departures after altering schedule

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "scheduletest.sve" attached here.
2. edit the line "edit me"
3. insert a new stop in the schedule at "stop here" in between the two existing stops
4. wait or fast-forward
5. see duplicate departures
