Abolish the times history dialog and put it in a tab

The times history dialog was an extended-specific dialog, so it wasn't drawn by the new GUI engine after the GUI overhaul.
Pull request #420 updates it and at the same time puts it inside a tab, abolish the unique times history dialog.
Those tabs are now placed in the schedule list and the convoy info dialog.

Excellent, this looks good. One query arising from testing, however: the destination display shows a number next to it in the same style as numbers shown in the new times history tab. However, the actual number (and the style of its shading) does not appear to correspond to the number assigned to the stop in question in the times history tab. Is this intentional or is this a bug? If it is intentional, may I ask what the number is intended to represent?

Thank you for your testing. Yes, it's a bug. I have fixed it.

The number should be the same as the number on the edit schedule dialog.
