Disable certain climates in temperature-humidity mode

Heyo everyone,

in Pak192.Comic we have some climates, that don't offer enough to be used by default.
So what I'd want to do is to write a simu config that doesn't generate them.
New players would start the game without these content lacking climates and advanced players can manually add them in the map generator.

Now there's two things I'm stumbling upon.
First, I have no idea how to bring the new map builder in the simuconfig. Would be awesome to have as maps do look way better with this new thing!
The second one is to remove our more or less "joke climates" from it. I can adjust the temperature of these, but they still appear on the map regardless.
