[r10642] Giant vehicle display issue on the depot dialog

On the depot dialog, giant vehicles are truncated in the upper panel.
The frankfurter is cut in half as shown in the image.  ::'(

The old dialog system did not have such a display anomaly, but the new scalable GUI raises an issue with such a display.
