Game Resets to Default After Closing the Simuconf.tab Window

This is the second time this has happened, so I think it's time to report it.
After clicking Settings>Simuconf.tab the game automatically resets all settings to default when I exit the Simuconf.tab window. I have done nothing but look around Simuconf.tab, I made no game modifications when this happened. I look around, exit, and >BAM< everything is reset to default automatically. For a brief moment I was subjected to cheesy 1980's video game music, too. It turned the sound back on!
I'm playing version 128.2.8.2 (?) pak128 Britain ON STEAM.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help resolve this issue.

Version 128.2.8.2 is probably the version of the pakset, not the game version (this is displayed in the start menu).

But I can reproduce this in the current version. Thank you for reporting! I'll take a look later.
