Verification difficulties

  During signup I wasn't able to successfully read the verification image. I've played with that dialog on a few images with the same results and was repeated again during creating this post (first attempt=failure even at best effort). I don't consider myself visually impaired and have decent reading and recognition ability; it is an issue of where the noise is much more significant than the image, or worse replaces important parts of the image until characters cannot even be guessed. There is some difficulty listening to certain combinations but I so far have been lucky enough to be able to use image+adjacent letters to sort out 'b' vs 'v' and 'z' vs 'd' as a particularly hard case for me. If you think I hate this part of the forum, I'm still saying 'thank you' as if it was ramped up to this degree, it likely helped get the forum back to a properly maintained place though it seems if its much harder then either I need to setup my computer to do it more accurately than I or I can not post.
  Anyways, as a new player who falls into the 'too hard' category and don't have relevant experience with this or its similar games, you will find me next posting in the dev forum for an unrelated reasoning.

Welcome to the forum, mirror176! Thank you for reporting the difficulties that you had with the captcha. I agree that the captcha often takes a couple of attempts to get right.    It's unfortunate, but we do get spam so I think some kind of verification probably is necessary.
