r2470 - Inserting any letter before first in station name crashes game

Found by accident. When I tried to insert a letter before first in the station name (in the station window), the game crashes (always) with access violation ("Instruction on "0x12345678" accesses memory on "0x98765432". Memory can't be "read".)
There is no problem inserting letters in the name EXCEPT for before the first. Also you can delete whole name and write it from first letter without a problem. But if at any point you try inserting letter before the first one, the game crashes.

I checked - in stable 102.0 (checked both SDL and GDI versions) all worked ok.
