[R10928] Building replacement via compat seems broken

Changed the names of some station extensions in p192c and wrote them in the compat.tab.

In the stable, Simutrans just uses the new objects and does not even mention it.
In the nightly, Simutrans shows a dialog which buildings are missing and claims to replace them with similar buildings. It does not, they leave empty tiles.

Since I assume the stable behavior to be correct it seems something broke the replacement on load.

Seems to be caused by/related to r10860. Investigating...

EDIT: Should be fixed in r10930.
