[Bug] Station full message options (R2478)

The options for "station full" messages do not work properly: if anything other than the middle button, and no other, is selected in the options menu, the "station full" messages are disabled. Whenever one leaves the menu and returns to it with anything than the middle button, and no other, selected, the "station full" option is deselected, even if it had previously been selected.

Tested with the R2478 Windows SDL binary release from the nightlies page.

should be fixed in revision 2480. The left most columns acts like a trigger for the message: only messages, where the left most marker is marked will be shown.
