Can't post at Bug Reports

Hi! I signed up to report a bug (and fix) but I don't see a New Topic button at Bug Reports and various other forums, nor can I reply there.

That is probably my bad. I modified the Bug Reports and related sub-forums permissions the other day while trying to stop spammers, but I forgot to enable approval-based posting apparently. You should be able to post now, please check it again.
