car factory not producing cars

1) Is there a car shop which is connected to the car factory? Otherwise no cars will be produced. With connected I mean: is the car shop linked to the car factory and is there a way to transport cars from factory to shop

2) I see the world "staff shortage". I never play Simutrans Extended and I don't know if it works that way, but maybe not enough passengers are transported to the car factory? (Would be harsh in my opinion, you would expect that staff of a car factory transport themselves with cars :-) ).

It's intended to be a big factory, with lots of work and capable of significant output. Can you bring in a lot more workers from the area around?

There may be a case of parking the value for 1950 and using a lower for balance purposes.
The employment_capacity values are as follows:
1910 = 275
1925 = 6000
1950 = 24000
1970 = 2500
1980 = 800
