The display order on the field appears to be reversed in the EW direction. In the E direction, the traffic lights are painted over by the vehicle. In the W direction, the traffic lights paint over the vehicle.

Yes, but hard to fix with the current drawing system. Also since left hand driving would need the reverse drawing order on half the ways.
