The button at the bottom left (New Game) does not open the new world window but the start window.

Loading is now also more complicated via dialogs.
I think the Load button should be added back to the Options window.

I've restored the option window buttons in Simutrans GL.

There's room for improvement for that button label... Please do suggest better names. On second thought I thought on calling it "Title Screen".
