Passenger filter is ineffective in the vehicle list.
I am very sad that no one other than my friends has reported this bug until now, even though it has been hidden for over a year.
But this is my lack of confirmation. Anyway I fixed this. Please check pull request #630.

As a side note, my theory is that Simutrans-Extended's vehicle list style is more convenient for purchasing vehicles in a depot.
This is because normal players can easily compare vehicle specifications.
Unless you are a top geek, you cannot compare and judge the specs of multiple vehicles based on their appearance.
I mean, currently having to check each value by hovering over it is a bad design... (´・ω・｀)

I suspect that many veteran Simutrans players are so used to the depot that it had not occurred to them to use the vehicle list for purchasing vehicles in this way. Perhaps one day, the two interfaces might be merged so that a player may find vehicles to purchase in the vehicle list and then choose a depot for them to be delivered to - but that is perhaps some way off.
