[Android] No paksets appear in the list

It seems that at some point the integrated pakset installer was broken and no longer works correctly in recent Android nights.

Someone converted all download links in get_pak.sh to https. Android cannot handle such downloads => empty list. Should be fixed soon as I am currently updating those links anyway.
