PR#632 - Fixed text that was difficult to read in the schedule list

I noticed a bug in the schedule list where some text does not correspond to the theme correctly and the font color does not change.
This is the text in the transportation density header at the bottom left of the schedule list dialog.
This hard to see UI must be the problem I caused. Therefore, I submit a fix for the issue.
Taking this opportunity, this part was changed to a table style.
The times history table will be changed as well.
