Simutrans on Steam updated to 124.0

Simutrans on Steam has been updated following today's release.

After this update, versions prior to Simutrans 121 will not be available on Steam (statistics say no players were playing those versions, and since they were done before I reworked the Steam repositories it was better to get rid of them).

macOS players may find that paksets installed through Steam do not show up. This is because the macOS bundle is now self-contained, but paksets are saved on the Steam Simutrans folder (for all the systems). You can use the in-game installer to download paksets while I figure out a solution (maybe changing the install dir for macOS to be the Steam Simutrans folder).

As I can't reply to the main announcement, this is a good place to thank everyone who contributed to 124. I just tried it out and the new font system really does look very nice.

Roboron, I know you helped with that, but thank you also for bringing it to Steam so quickly.
