124.1 - weird Rail Gate window behaviour

I have noticed something weird occurs with the following window, obtained by placing a "private sign" (also called "rail gate"), selecting the "inspect" tool, and clicking on it.



(Un)checking some boxes may cause other boxes to spontaneously (un)check too. This behaviour is rather erratic and seems to depend on the status of other boxes. It seems that (un)checking a company also (un)checks the company 8 places after (but not before), although other behaviour was observed.

I chnaged a few variables to unsigned. Not sure of that was the reason.

Ok, found the error, should be fixed with r11311.
