Adjustable Highway

So there are two road tools for "Highway" and "Minimum Speed" .  Both of these tools restrict roadways to vehicles with a maximum speed of 80 mph or more.

However, I'm currently playing in 1938, where my fastest road vehicle is around 50.

So I would like a way to use the "Minimum Speed" tool, but set the speed to something more reasonable like 45.

I don't care if it's "per roadway" or "a map-wide speed setting" ... but I'd like to use this tool with slower vehicles.

THe Highway sign is essential a sing way sign. The minimum speed is to avoid older citycars which have 60 kmh. A 45 sign would not help. But pak128 is open source and you can make your own sign. The signs are under https://github.com/simutrans/pak128/tree/master/infrastructure/road_signs i.e. Autobahn sign. You can modify the speed (and better also the name), combine sing and png with makeobj and put the pak into a folder in Documents/simutrans/addons/pak128/ and can so have you altrnative sign if you load with addons.
