[r11400] Railroad splits seem to be missing horizontal interconnects

When building 2 crossing railways, then the horizontal interconnect sections appear to be missing. I tested with an older version, and there the interconnects appear as expected. Attached a screenshot with an example on the left (and the working as expected version on the right).

I have experienced the missing interconnects on:
- nightly,r11400,Linux,pak128
- nightly,r11400,Linux,pak192.comic

I tested a bit further; this might actually be a feature (railway switch), because the tracks seem to change dynamically depending on the direction of trains passing the tracks.

So probably not a bug; please feel free to close this bug-report.

Indeed, this is a feature added and is purely visual.

Anyway, thanks for reporting and your addenum.
