Strange error on flat slope

This flat slope (99.45) turns into a straight slope after removing the building, is this intentional?.

Isn't that how it always worked? The game automatically converts slopes to flat platforms in order to place buildings atop them, but also tries to turn them back into 'natural' landscape when buildings are removed.

I'm not really sure if that's the expected mechanism, but I think I'd rather keep my slope flat in case I want to place a stop there, otherwise I'd have to spend on another flat slope.

You can place buildings on slopes, no need for landscaping.
