124.22 Vehicles with custom load waiting for load at stops were load should be 0

At some spots on my map I have services running from a station towards an inland stop and back. Quite often I have two different lines servicing that route; one with a mandatory load at the station and the other with a mandatory load inland.
In the 1.24.2.2 version I'm noticing that sometimes a vehicle starts waiting at a stop where the minimum load is 0% (i.e. the vehicle should return to the other stop right away).

The postal van at the most left stop is on a schedule with a minimum load of 75% at the inland stop and 0% at the station where it is now waiting (and blocking the buses behind it who also want to offload at the station)

Can you send me the map? I need a reproducible example as in my test it worked.

However, I noted that occasionally, passengers are generated for unreachable destinations at certain stops. Maybe there is a packet with such a destination but no valid final destination. Usually that is cleared on lading, but if not, then I have a chance to find the error.

It's not just the map but the entire directory as there are some extra pak-files added to the save and otherwise the map wouldn't load and to be honest I can't recall which pak-files I have added.
Warning: the file is large (zipped around 200MB) and the map is large (4352 tiles by 4352)

I think I fixed the bug in r11445. If a convoi was asking a stop, if there was a load, that stop was marked as served to prevent a later arriving convoi from stealing from an earlier convoi. However, a mark as served was even put if the convoi did not load anything (e.g. no space left or whatever other reasons).

r11445 fixes this hopefully. You can download a new executable from github.com/simutrans/simutrans and then releases until the nightly page has updated.
