r11594 Android opening pak loading/downloading screen cut off

Other than the latest release on the play store (r11594), since the official apks doesn't seem to work for me, see: https://forum.simutrans.com/index.php/topic,23380.0.html

I resorted to using third party app store for testing previous versions.

As far as I am aware of, r11272 is the first version to allow portrait mode and everything was shown.

The next version r11351, it got cut off and has remain cut off till r11594 when the game launch in portrait, rotating after the game is launched in portrait wouldn't show the whole thing.

Players must hold their device in landscape before launching the game for everything to be shown, rotating afterwards seem to keep everything in view.

I guess there is some issue with getting the screen size and centering since if I press install and cancel, it actually center properly. for both landscape and portrait.

Might as well force launch the game in landscape for now like in version 123.0.1 r10421.

I am assuming, this must be an SDL error as on windows all sizes are correctly initialised and nothing in the code changed beside updating the building environment (forced by google).

EDIT: The screen recieved two resize commands (for whatever reasons) and the second came after the screen was opnened and was ignored. r11600 should fix this.

The situation is the same here. I wonder when we can get the update on the Android platform?

I don't see any updates on GitHub or Play. Where can we download the latest version?

By the way, the version description in the play store has not been updated and still says 120.1 nightly. And my version is still r11590, I haven't received r11594.

You can get the nightly version by opting in to the beta program on the Play Store.

This means of course that one is not able to join network games which usually run the stable version.

I usually just play offline, hope the music issue is fixed soon too
