What is the current definition of a private street sign?

The previous definitions no longer seem to work with the graphics.

pak64 barrier works as intended.

Since the 124 versions, the private road in pak64.german is incorrectly displayed in NS direction.

I would need to see the definition. Also, the private road needs an open image and a closed image.
