Database corruption some time in the last day or two, not sure. Nobody reported it to me.

Maybe it's better to attach the method of reporting server down events on the error page. There are discussions on Discord, but it is not clear what the exact way to contact the server admin is.

I don't control the error page. In this instance, something in a table was corrupted.

And in typing this... I just realized that I'm setting up some tools for my business that I will set up for the forum admins to try and make it easier to contact me in case something happens and I don't notice - which alas can certainly happen, although sometimes I think I've noticed it quickly. Just depends on luck.

Alas, I don't keep Discord running as I find it clunky and a pain, and it is so extremely rarely that I have found a use for it. I realize it's useful and delightful to many, I'm the odd one out here

I'm gong to see if the other solution I have in mind will help, though
