Problems with the maps website

Hey I have noticed for a while now that the maps website download links do not work properly for me. Whenever I click a link it opens and closes without actually downloading. When I go to the link via inspect element I can however download it just fine.

Also sidenote, the Dutch map by Carl zip on the site holds the wrong map, New Zealand instead of the Netherlands. Not sure if there are others but I just found this specific one.
