Window with SDL or Windows native ?

Hello,
Thanks to VS's tutorial ( http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=652.0;all), I was able to retrieve the source of simutrans to compile it.
Currently, I try to understand the source of Simutrans (I can understand English, but German is not my strong point  )
but I have a problem: the. Exe which is created is one. exe for Window with SDL or Windows native ?
