[Bug v4.4] Load with addons buttons missing

The "Load with add-ons" buttons are missing from the "Choice your graphics set" dialog when you first load the game.

thank you very much for testing the latest version :-) However, this is not a bug: it is a new feature from Simutrans-Standard: the "load with add-ons" button will now appear only if there are any add-ons to load :-)
