Openttd industry graphics project

Just to inform interested artists etc about an Openttd-project on industry sprites:

In the corresponding thread on the openttd forum, there are a lot of very nice graphics. Maybe they are of use for somebody, or are a source of inspiration.

Also the whole scheme of industry connections is interesting.

Unfourtunately the sizes do not really match with Simutrans, as well as the shadows are wrong.

Anyway, the graphics are very interesting...I think I'll take ideas for new industry chains.

Is there someone who maintains pak ttd? I thought it was a singularly effort of the past.

Now that the OpenGFX Graphics Replacement Project ( http://wiki.openttd.org/Graphics_Replacement ) has a full set of GPL sprites, would it be possible to restart the process to use them here?

I'd love to see a new Pak TTD (or rather Pak OTTD I suppose)

Legality was the only previous concern - so with that concern mooted, I hope someone works on this!
