I have a problem: my facturies don´t work

hello i am german and new here,
i have downloadet simutrans. after some time i got facturies. at first they all worked, but nomore now... there is just a read thing in the menu, which says, that i have to prove it, but i don´t know how to do that... can sommeone help me i am german so please dont write so complicated^^ (the best wold be in german)

The factory is full up with the things it makes? 

Are you taking the things it makes to somewhere else?  Is that place full up as well?
