Transporting oil in 1900
« on: August 10, 2009, 04:16:13 PM »
Hi all

I decided to start a goods only network in 1900. I notice that the number of vehicles at this time is quite sparse, but ventured on as there seemed to be a sufficient range of train stock.

However, I wish I could find some stock to transport oil/petrol.  Does anyone know of an add-on I can use, or how I can transport oil other than fast-forwarding to 1930?

The first oil wagon in pak128 is available from 1921. If there is any addon that makes it available earlier I haven't heard of it. I'm sorry you'll have to wait until 1921 :(

Anyway you can transport by train other goods like steel, goods, bulk goods (coal, iron,...), wood or farm products (grain, wool, cotton) since late XIX century. I hope is enough to start your goods network.
