Those are more for medium-distance passenger trains than heavy freight. The GWR Prarie or the LNWR A-class would both have suited your bulk freight traffic flow better: your trains would have been faster (because the locomotives, although having a lower top speed, are more powerful) and you would therefore have earned more money in any given space of time.
