Range of Power transformers

I used the search function and I cannot find the answer so sorry if this has been asked before.

What is the maximum distance a factory can be from a transformer and still receive electricity?

Adjacent, there's no range. You need to connect the transformer attached to the power plant and the transformer attached to the factory via HV wiring.
