Why not? It's supposed to have 18 buttons... and there appears to be a mouse from Razer with 17 buttons already on the market (It's called the Naga and is supposed to be the "ultimate Massively Multiplayer Online Gaming mouse") So yes, I can totally see people building (and selling) something like this. What I don't really see is people actually needing it.  ;)
