Good morning, using PAK128 v102.2.1    My question is: as a town grows will consumption of product increase? I have a town pop 980 with one gas station using 474 units per month and operating at max capacity but with several thousand gallons waiting at refinery.

No, the consumption rate of any given industry will not change with city growth. You can increase consumption by providing electricity to the gas station (should double consumption).

But town growth will create new industries some day, and maybe you will get new gas stations that get connected to the existing refinery. (Or you can do that manually as well)
