Not bad. I would reduce the gear from 4.00:1 to 0.75:1 because it accelerates so fast.

now the taxi have the gear al 0.75 and the light of the roof are:
red: the taxi is busy
yellow: the taxi is empty

0.75 is realy too slow, since it has only 4kW. I think 2.00 or something like that would be better. Now it accelerates slower then a horse, and with small distances (city), it's even slower overall.

Now the taxi accelerates like a citycar,
2.00 is good?

It's better yes, it now gets about 40km/h in city situations
An other possibility had been a bigger power, with 0.75.
