Barges not being loaded

Hi,

I'm confused (again ).

I have started a water based transport network using pak128.Britain. Everything is built and running okay, except when I add an "Unpowered Barge" to a "Steam Barge" to try to carry more goods - the second "wagon" is never loaded, even when there is enough freight at the dock to do so. I added a second dock tile in case that was the cause (even though the shipyard reports that such a "convoy" is "Vehicles: 2 (Station tiles: 1)".

Any ideas?

This works fine for me in r3371 with my development pak128.Britain (but no changes to barges for some time now).  Can you confirm the following:
1) game version
2) pak version
3) goods type

Finally, are you sure the unpowered barge is the same goods type as the steam barge?  If you have accidentally put an unpowered barge of the wrong goods type for the line then obviously it won't load.  Silly mistake I know, but it I've done things like that before...

Pak128.Britain 1.0 (beta) - 7th July 2009 (Sorry, the readme was the other way around to what I expected.)
25/02/2010: r261-262 (release of v1.07)

Not sure, now. It was coal, I think.

Can you try with the latest nightly exe and nightly pak?  This shouldn't happen, and doesn't for me...

Odd. I can't find the original save, I guess I threw it away in disgust, but it seems to work fine now. I wonder if it was another manifestation of http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=5321.0
