How to play online

can someone teach me step by step on how to play online?

- Download the latest nightly build and install Simutrans
- After Simutrans is working press n
- Click on "Download List" to get a list of servers and join.

Open up the player menu and choose a different player. Look for one with a green square.

Everyone sees the same players - so you see human and public service - but you want to play a different player that's not yet being used...

Hi, I tried what you mentioned above, but when I press n I get the standard dialog to start a new game or load an existing one... I am using the latest nightly 102.3-3951... Am I doing something wrong?

you also need to get an up-to-date pakset that maps the 'n' to the server dialog (pak64, pak.german - I do not know how the other paksets handle this).

Yes I saw... For some reason though it doesn't work... I got the pak.german_net pakset though...



does anyone know where i can find pak64 r331M? on the nightly download page there s only pak64 r332...
