[r333 on nightly 3991] rail x road crossing graphic glitch

Upon reloading a game all early road crossings (I mean, rail on cobble road) are replaced with modern ones.

I'm not sure if this belongs here or if it's an engine bug.

it was a bug in the code, please retest with the next nightly (rev >=4004)
