It would be great if electricity consumption to a city would be increased if there are electric vehicles are being used. Also allow transformers to be connected to these paths.

To do this properly (i.e., in a way that is non-arbitrary and does not leave players confused because of an inconsistency in the level of the simulation detail), it would be necessary to require electrification systems to be connected to an electricity supply network to function, and then calculate their electrical consumption, and make sure that the electricity supply network would be able to supply that level of consumption, then have a mechanism of mediating that between vehicles and towns/industries, and then think of something intelligent to do if there is not enough electricity to go around - and that would get mind-bendingly complicated very quickly.
